This service is perfect for regular appointments (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and homes that are already in good condition but need consistent upkeep to stay that way.

For most households, a weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleaning schedule is highly recommended. This consistent maintenance ensures the home stays in perfect harmony, preventing dust and dirt buildup, so weekends aren't spent doing chores.

Not at all! Many recurring clients trust the fully Insured and Vetted team to access homes using a lockbox, security code, or hidden key. This allows for work or enjoyment of the day, arriving back to a spotlessly clean home.

Yes, all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment are brought to every job. The team uses a wide variety of high-quality supplies at no extra cost. However, if there are specific supplies or tools preferred for use, please let us know in advance. This way, preparation can be made to use the supplies following specific instructions. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur when using supplies provided by the customer.

To ensure an even more efficient service, we kindly ask that, prior to our arrival, clients: • Put away personal belongings and any items scattered around the house (such as clothes, books, toys, etc.). • Organize children’s toys and ensure they are kept out of walkways or high-traffic areas. • Clear the sink of clean and/or dirty dishes (if dishwashing is not included in the service). • Gather any dirty laundry and place it in a hamper or designated area. • Keep pets in a safe and secure space if necessary, as the noise from the vacuum can scare them. Attention: Inform us in advance about any specific areas that require special attention.

A deep clean is a more thorough and detailed service than a regular cleaning, which is why it is priced higher. It requires more time, effort, and attention to tackle accumulated dirt, grime, and hard-to-remove stains in often overlooked areas like baseboards, corners, behind and under appliances, light fixtures, and inside cabinets (upon request). This service is ideal for first-time cleanings, seasonal refreshes, move-ins, move-outs, or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while. Unlike regular cleaning, which focuses on maintaining cleanliness, a deep clean is designed to reset the space—leaving the home truly refreshed, healthier, and ready for whatever comes next.

Cleaning houses is how a living is made – it's what supports families. So when a service is scheduled, it is prioritized, which means turning down other clients. That’s why, when the appointment is booked, clients are put first and other customers are left waiting and for this reason, a 20% cleaning fee is required.

The duration of a one time cleaning depends on the size of the home and the level of buildup or difficulty. On average: • A regular cleaning usually takes 2 to 4 hours. • A deep cleaning typically takes 3 to 6 hours. These times can vary depending on the condition of the home, number of rooms, and any specific areas that may require extra attention.

Tipping is always welcome and a meaningful way to show appreciation for the quality and dedication of our work! If you’d like to reward your cleaner for a job well done, you’re welcome to give them a tip directly in cash or let us know the amount you’d like to add to your final payment. We’ll make sure it goes straight to them. It’s a great way to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

No. If you notify us with reasonable advance notice, no cancellation fees will be charged. We are committed to working with you to find the best solution — we just ask that you reach out as soon as possible.

Absolutely. We partner only with experienced, vetted cleaning professionals from your local area. Every cleaner undergoes a full background check before joining our team. We value trust and consistency, which is why we encourage ongoing relationships between clients and cleaners. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your assigned professional, we’re happy to match you with another cleaner that better fits your preferences.

When a schedule is set, a specific time slot is reserved exclusively and the team is coordinated to provide the service. This means turning down other clients during that period to ensure delivery of the highest quality experience tailored to specific needs. Please note – we do not offer the following services: • Carpet or upholstery cleaning (including sofas and fabric furniture) • Garage cleaning • Outdoor/exterior area cleaning (patios, backyards, driveways) • Exterior window washing • Cleaning high-reach areas or windows (above 2 steps) • Moving or lifting items over 25 lbs • Cleaning chandeliers, delicate glass lamps, or light bulbs without explicit authorization • Dishwashing or putting away dishes (available upon request, with separate rates agreed upfront) • Laundry services (not included by default; may be provided upon request with separate pricing) • Cleaning TVs or computer monitors without explicit authorization • Biohazard cleanup (mold, blood, bodily fluids, etc.) • Removal of pet waste or litter boxes • Heavy scrubbing of doors or walls • Pest or rodent cleanup • Hoarding situations or excessive trash removal.
